Dreame H14 Dual Review
2-in-1 Design: From Floor Washer to Handheld Vacuum
You can pop the motor out of the main body, snap it onto a dust cup, and voila—you have a handheld vacuum for curtains, cars, and upholstery. Plus, the main unit lies completely flat to clean under beds.
⚙️ Quick Specs
- Design: 2-in-1 Modular
- Lie Flat: 180° Horizontal Reach
- Washing: 140°F Hot Water
- Suction: 18,000Pa
- Drying: 5-Minute Hot Air
- Edge: Dual-Edge Cleaning
1. A Complete Cleaning Station
In the box, you get the main floor washer, plus attachments for the handheld mode: a mini-motorized brush (for mites on sofas), a crevice tool, and a dusting brush.
Versatility Test: We washed the kitchen floor, then immediately detached the motor to vacuum crumbs off the dining chairs. It saves you from buying a separate Dyson for dry messes.
2. Reaching the Unreachable
Most wet vacs (like Tineco) stop working if you tilt them too much because water would leak into the motor. Dreame engineered a special "bubble-separation" tank that allows the H14 to lie completely flat (180 degrees).
3. Hot Water Hygiene
Just like their robot vacuums, Dreame brings 140°F hot water washing to the H14. When you dock it, it heats water to dissolve oil and grease from the roller brush.
✔ The Pros
- Replaces two appliances (Wet Vac + Handheld).
- Cleans under low furniture (Lie-flat).
- Hot water self-cleaning.
✖ The Cons
- Water tanks are smaller than Tineco/Roborock.
- More parts to store and maintain.
The Smart Home Tips Verdict
The Dreame H14 Dual is the most versatile cleaner of 2026.
If you have a small apartment and don't want to store two separate vacuums, this is the perfect all-in-one solution.
Do you need the handheld mode? If you already have a dry vacuum, compare the H14 against the dedicated floor washers like Tineco and Roborock:
